8mm and Super 8 film to digital in Hollywood, FL

Old 8mm and Super 8 reels need a projector most families no longer own. Joey G converts the film to digital files, so the home movies can be watched and shared again.

I convert 8mm and Super 8 movies to digital files, and in some cases I can enhance them on the way through. Film fades and gets brittle on the shelf, the same way tape does. The longer the reels sit, the worse they get, so the time to do it is now.

The files come back on a DVD, a flash drive or a hard drive, whichever suits you.

What I convert

01 8mm film: Regular 8mm home movie reels, converted to a digital video file.
02 Super 8 film: Super 8 reels, converted the same way.
03 Enhancement: In some cases the footage can be improved on the way through. The film itself decides how much.
04 However you want it back: DVD, flash drive or hard drive.

Bring me the reels.

Tell me roughly how many reels you have and what size they are, and I’ll give you a quote.

Every job is quoted for the day you’re planning. Call and Joey G will price it.

Film transfer questions

Yes, both. If you’re not sure which one you have, call and describe the reels.

Digital video files on a DVD, a flash drive or a hard drive, and your reels come back to you.

In some cases, yes. It depends on the condition of the film.

It depends on how much film you have. Call and Joey G will quote it.

Yes. VHS, VHS-C, Video8, Hi8 and MiniDV tapes are all on the VHS to digital page, and old photos and slides can be scanned at the same time.
