Video transfer service in Hollywood, FL

VHS and camcorder tapes deteriorate on the shelf. Eventually they turn to static — and once they’re gone, they’re gone forever. Bring me the box while there’s still something on the tape.

If you’ve been holding on to home videos since the 1990s, there’s a good chance some of that footage is already distorted. I take old videos, photographs, 8mm movies, slides, cassette tapes and LP records and convert them all to digital files — and in some cases I can enhance them on the way through. The longer the media sits on the shelf, the worse it gets. The time to do it is now.

It comes back on a DVD, a flash drive or a hard drive — whichever suits you.

What I convert

01 VHS and camcorder tapes: The format most likely to be failing already — the 1990s home-video shelf is the usual culprit.
02 8mm and Super 8 movies: Reels of family film, transferred to a digital file you can actually play.
03 Cassettes and LP records: Tapes and records converted to digital audio — voices as much as music, in my experience.
04 However you want it back: DVD, flash drive or hard drive — all the media in one place, per what you need.

Transfer questions

Videos, 8mm and Super 8 movies, photographs, slides, cassette tapes and LP records. If it’s an old format and you’re not sure, call and describe it.

On a DVD, a flash drive or a hard drive — your originals come back to you either way.

In some cases, yes — the live tape decides. What can’t be done is get back footage that’s already gone to static.

It depends on the type of media and the size of the tapes — call and I’ll quote the box in front of you.
