These Terms of Use govern your use of joeygphoto.com (the “site”), operated by Joey G Photography. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Use of this site

This site is provided for informational purposes — to let you learn about Joey G Photography’s services, view portfolio work, and get in touch. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its normal operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or use it to transmit spam, malware, or unlawful content.

Ownership of photographs and content

All photographs, images, text, and other content displayed on this site are the copyrighted property of Joey G Photography (or are used with permission of the rights holder) unless otherwise noted. This includes portfolio images, event photography, and any before/after retouching examples.

You may not copy, download, reproduce, republish, scrape, or otherwise use any photograph or content from this site — in whole or in part, for commercial or personal use — without our prior written permission. This applies to automated scraping and bulk downloading as much as it does to manual copying.

If you’d like to license or reuse a specific image, contact us to discuss.

Not an offer of services

This website is informational and does not itself constitute an offer to provide photography services, a quote, or a binding agreement of any kind. Photography sessions, event coverage, and any other services offered by Joey G Photography are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement (a contract, booking confirmation, or similar) entered into directly between Joey G Photography and the client. Nothing on this website should be read as altering the terms of any such separate agreement.

Fine-art prints (if offered)

Where this site offers fine-art prints or other products for purchase, that purchase is subject to whatever additional sale terms are presented at checkout (pricing, shipping, returns) at the time of your order, in addition to these Terms of Use.

This site may link to third-party websites — for example, social media profiles or informational resources referenced in blog content. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Visiting a linked site is at your own discretion and risk.
